The Apartments

The handsome antique stone farmhouse has been recently renovated with care and loving attention to detail, from which results - besides the part occupied by the owners - three non-smoking apartments, each varying in size. The interiors are very comfortable and tastefully decorated in Tuscan style with terracotta floors, natural stonewalls and wooden beam ceilings. The "arte-povera" furniture and the original fireplaces provide a very special charm.

Every apartment has a generous living dining room with a big fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen area with oven, big fridge/freezer, gas-stove (the biggest apartment Cipresso also with a dishwasher) and has a separate exit to its own private patio/garden where you can sit and eat al fresco if you prefer. The en-suite bedrooms (w/shower/wc) are on the first floor. All apartments have central heating, garden furniture, sun loungers and a shady parking place.
We are open throughout the year. Pets are allowed. Each apartment is named after the tree in front of its entrance.

Since it is more and more difficult to find a recreation area that's free from smoking and constant, annoying mobile phone ringing, our holiday apartments are addressed especially to non-smokers and we kindly ask our guests to use as little as possible their mobile phones on our property. Instead you are able to use ISDN-phones with individual numbers which are provided in every apartment.
