Prices (per week)

Each apartment is fully furnished with bed linen, bath- and kitchen towels. Gas-, water- and electricity consumption are included in the rent. Not included are heating, final-cleaning and telephone calls.

The minimum rental period is generally one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Please plan your arrival for Saturday between 4 pm to 6 pm and inform us about possible delays. Departure should take place Saturdays before 10 am. Reservations are binding upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the total rental-price. We speak German, Italian, English and French and are looking forward to making your stay at our place as enjoyable and pleasant as possible.
